Shopping with SCOTÉ

These terms apply to the SCOTÉ Collections website and purchases made through it. Read them together with our Privacy, Payment, Shipping and Refund and Return Policies. Check your size, colour, delivery address and contact number before placing an order.

Products and orders

Product details, prices and availability appear on the product page. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, and size guides are not fit guarantees. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will explain the available options, including cancellation and any refund due.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An acknowledgement records receipt of that order; confirmation or dispatch indicates acceptance unless we tell you otherwise. We may contact you to verify payment or delivery details.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira. The checkout shows the total and delivery charge before you confirm. Available payment options are displayed at checkout. Selecting Payment on Delivery does not mark an order paid. Never share your card PIN, CVV, password or one-time code with customer support.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery arrangements and returns are handled under the Shipping and Delivery Policy and Refund and Return Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the website for lawful shopping and browsing. Do not interfere with its security, submit false information or copy, republish or exploit protected brand assets, photographs, designs or text without permission. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owner.

Corrections and complaints

We may correct pricing, stock, description or other website errors. If a correction affects an order, we will explain your options. Contact SCOTÉ with your order reference to raise a complaint. These terms are governed by Nigerian law without limiting applicable consumer rights or complaint routes.
