Submitting a complaint

SCOTÉ respects creative ownership. Contact us with “Copyright complaint”, your name and contact details, the identity of the rights owner, a description or link to the original work, the exact location of the disputed material and the action you are requesting.

Explain your connection to the rights owner and confirm that your report is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner. Supporting screenshots may be shared directly with our team.

Reviewing reports

We will review the information and may request further evidence or consider a response from the person who supplied the material. Where appropriate, material may be restricted, edited, removed or restored following review.

A report does not guarantee removal. Incomplete or unsupported requests may be declined. We may retain correspondence to document the review and meet applicable obligations. Do not submit knowingly false or misleading reports.

Reporting misuse of SCOTÉ content

If you see our brand assets, photographs, designs or text used without permission, send the URL and supporting information to our team so we can investigate.
